Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On May 11, 2023, Dynatronics Corporation ("Company") issued a press release reporting, among other things, financial results relating to the quarter ended March 31, 2023. Also, as previously announced by a press release issued on April 27, 2023, on May 11, 2023, the Company held a conference call in which executives of the Company reviewed the fiscal 2023 third quarter results.
