SHAREHOLDERS' EQUITY	7. SHAREHOLDERS’ EQUITY The Company did not issue any shares for the three months ended October 31, 2011. The Company issued 165,000 shares of common stock for the three months ended October 31, 2010 upon the conversion of an aggregate of 33 shares of Series D Preferred Stock pursuant to the terms of the Series D Preferred Stock.

7. SHAREHOLDERS’ EQUITY

The Company did not issue any shares for the three months ended October 31, 2011. The Company issued 165,000 shares of common stock for the three months ended October 31, 2010 upon the conversion of an aggregate of 33 shares of Series D Preferred Stock pursuant to the terms of the Series D Preferred Stock.
