ROYALTIES	5. ROYALTIES The Company is a party to two licensing agreements with SensorMedics and VivoMetrics. The Company receives royalty income from the sale of its diagnostic monitoring hardware and software from SensorMedics. Royalty income from the SensorMedics license amounted to $32,000 and $48,000 for the three months ended October 31, 2011 and 2010, respectively. No royalties from VivoMetrics were recognized for the three months ended October 31, 2011 and 2010, respectively. VivoMetrics ceased operations in July 2009 and filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in October 2009. Under VivoMetrics’ proposed bankruptcy plan of reorganization, our license with VivoMetrics was assigned to another company; however, there can be no assurance as to the future amount of royalty income, if any, that may result from this license.
