Senior Notes	NOTE 13 – Senior Notes On January 18, 2012, we issued $175.0 million principal amount of 6.70% Senior Notes due 2022 (the “notes”). Interest on the notes will accrue from January 23, 2012 and will be paid quarterly in arrears on January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15 of each year, commencing on April 15, 2012. The notes will mature on January 15, 2022. We may redeem the notes in whole or in part on or after January 15, 2015 at our option at a redemption price equal to 100% of their principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest to the date of redemption.
