Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions As of June 30, 2017, SoLayTec has borrowed approximately $1.8 million from its shareholder, TNO Technostarters B.V. The loans have varying interest rates from 9.5% to 12.5% and mature in 2021. See Note 11 for details on subsequent events related to outstanding SoLayTec loans payable.
