Investments	Investments The Company’s equity method investments include a 15% interest in Kingstone Technology Hong Kong Limited (“Kingstone”). The Company recognizes its portion of net income or losses on a one-quarter lag. The carrying value of the equity method investment in Kingstone was $2.9 million and $3.0 million as of December 31, 2016 and September 30, 2016, respectively. For the three months ended December 31, 2016 we recognized investment loss of $0.1 million. For the three months ended December 31, 2015, the investment loss was not material to our consolidated statement of operations.
