Equity Method Investments and Joint Ventures [Abstract]
Investments	The Company’s equity method investments include a 15% interest in Kingstone Technology Hong Kong Limited (“Kingstone”), which is effectively a 10% beneficial ownership in the Shanghai operating entity Shanghai Kingstone Semiconductor Company, Ltd. The Company recognizes it's portion of net income or losses on a one-quarter lag. At December 31, 2015, the carrying value of the equity method investment in Kingstone was $2.7 million. For the quarter ended December 31, 2015, Kingstone's equity losses were less than $0.1 million and have been included in our condensed consolidated statements of operations in interest expense and other income, net.
