Restructuring Charges	Restructuring and Impairment Charges Restructuring charges for the nine months ended June 30, 2013 were $0.9 million. The restructuring charges in fiscal 2013 relate primarily to severance costs incurred as a result of the reductions-in-force at certain operations. In fiscal 2012, an impairment charge was recorded for assets related to a product development project.
