On November 15, 2019, Raymond James Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that the 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held Thursday, February 20, 2020, at 4:30 p.m. ET, at the Company’s headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida. Shareholders of record as of December 23, 2019, will be entitled to notice of, and to attend and vote at, the Annual Meeting.
