EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS	NOTE 20 — EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS The Company has a defined-contribution retirement plan in which substantially all employees may participate. The Company matches 80% of the first 8% of eligible employees' contributions and makes additional contributions based on employee compensation and the overall profitability of the Company. Expense was $2,377 in 2012, $2,269 in 2011, and $2,014 in 2010. The Company made an additional contribution in 2012, 2011 and 2010 based on the overall profitability of the Company.
