TARIFF REFUNDS	TARIFF REFUNDS On April 20, 2026, we filed for refunds of previously paid tariffs assessed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (“IEEPA”) in an aggregate amount of $197.8 million. As of May 3, 2026, due to the uncertainty with respect to the receipt of these refunds, we did not record a receivable for these refunds and a corresponding reduction to cost of goods sold or to merchandise inventories in our Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for the first quarter of fiscal 2026. We expect to recognize the benefit for the refunds, related to tariffs that have been expensed in cost of goods sold, when we determine that the collection of the refund is probable.
