Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENT On September 3, 2014, the Company acquired CDR Manufacturing, Inc. (dba Ayrshire Electronics), who provide printed circuit board assembly and other EMS services to a diversified customer base, including a number of large multi-national companies. The total cash payment of $46.9 million was funded through a term loan and our existing line of credit. The Company will incur costs related to due diligence and closing this acquisition that are yet to be determined. The Company has not yet determined the initial purchase price allocation in connection with the CDR Manufacturing acquisition.
