ITEM 8.01 - OTHER ITEMS.

In the Harris County Superior Court, TX Case # 201002545 and titled: "CALYPSO WIRELESS INC (DELAWARE CORPORATION) vs. DAIC, DRAGO", Calypso's counsel, Storm LLP, has asked the Court for permission to withdraw from that case. The court has granted that Request and Calypso must immediately obtain new counsel as the Court has also indicated that it will endeavor to set a trial date within 6 months.

This does not affect the Federal Case against T-Mobile where Storm LLP also represents the Company.

Two weeks ago the company obtained donations from its Directors to pay its annual fees for the European Patents. It elected to pay and paid the following:

The Company elected to NOT renew the following countries as it determined these countries represented no real market for the patents. These countries represent only about 1% of the represented population and, in the opinion of the Company, 0% of the Cellular Carriers.

However, when Calypso notified the Daic parties of this decision, the Diac parties elected to pay this year's annual fees for these countries. Thus ALL European countries have been renewed for another year.
