First Quarter 2020 Hotels The COVID-19 pandemic is negatively impacting the hotel industry. Our hotel portfolio is comprised of 79 loans and totals $254 million: • 92% of the hotel portfolio is pass-rated. • 84% of the portfolio is with a Marriott, Geography: Hilton, Holiday Inn, or Hyatt chain.
