Item 8.01 - Other Events

On January 22, 2024, Apyx Medical Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the publication of a peer-reviewed clinical publication evaluating the safety of Renuvion® for contracting subcutaneous soft tissue following liposuction in multiple areas of the body. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
