RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Several relatives of Nikolay Shilev, Apyx Bulgaria’s Managing Director, are considered related parties. Teodora Shileva, Mr. Shilev’s spouse, is an employee of the Company working in the accounting department. Antoaneta Dimitrova Shileva-Toromanova, Mr. Shilev’s sister, is the Manager of Production and Human Resources. Svetoslav Shilev, Mr. Shilev’s son, is an engineer in the quality assurance department. In addition, as part of the purchase of the Bulgaria manufacturing facility, Mr. Shilev was issued a note payable for $140,000 to be paid 5 years after the original purchase date, which is in October 2020.
