In accordance with rules adopted by the SEC pursuant to Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010, the Company provides the following disclosure regarding executive compensation for its principal executive officer (“PEO”) and Non-PEO NEOs and the Company performance for each of fiscal years 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022 and 2021.
