.  EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AND INCENTIVE PLANS

We have a 401(k) plan available to employees meeting eligibility requirements. We match a percentage of employee contributions, with certain limitations. Our 401(k) matching contributions amounted to approximately $188,000, $184,000, and $202,000, for the 2015, 2014, and 2013 fiscal years, respectively.
