COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES From time to time we are defendants in legal actions involving claims arising in the normal course of business. We believe that, as a result of legal defenses and insurance arrangements with parties we believe to be financially capable, none of these actions, if determined adversely, should have a material adverse effect on our operations or financial condition.
