16. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AND INCENTIVE PLANS

We have a 401(k) plan available to employees meeting eligibility requirements. We match a percentage of employee contributions, with certain limitations. Our 401(k) matching contributions amounted to approximately $184,000, $202,000, and $190,000, for the 2014, 2013, and 2012 fiscal years, respectively.
