Pension and Other Postretirement Benefits Disclosure [Text Block]	16. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AND INCENTIVE PLANS We have a 401(k) plan available to employees meeting eligibility requirements. We match a percentage of employee contributions, with certain limitations. Our 401(k) matching contributions amounted to approximately $202,000, $190,000, and $175,000, for the 2013, 2012, and 2011 fiscal years, respectively.
