Commitments and Contingencies Disclosure [Text Block]	11. COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES From time to time we are defendants in legal actions involving claims arising in the normal course of business. We believe that, as a result of legal defenses and insurance arrangements, none of these actions should have a material adverse effect on our operations or financial condition.
