Compensation and Employee Benefit Plans [Text Block]	16. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AND INCENTIVE PLANS We have a 401(k) plan available to employees meeting eligibility requirements. We match a percentage of employee contributions, with certain limitations. Our 401(k) matching contributions amounted to approximately $190,000, $175,000, and $184,000 for the 2012, 2011, and 2010 fiscal years, respectively.
