Compensation and Employee Benefit Plans [Text Block]	16. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AND INCENTIVE PLANS We have a 401(k) plan available to employees meeting eligibility requirements. We match a percentage of employee contributions, with certain limitations. Our 401(k) matching contributions amounted to approximately $175,000, $184,000, and $172,000 for the 2011, 2010, and 2009 fiscal years, respectively.
