Note 11.  Subsequent Event

     The Company has evaluated events and transactions through the date that the financial statements were issued for potential recognition or disclosure in these financial statements, as required by GAAP.  On September 13, 2011, the Company declared a cash dividend of $0.14 per common share payable November 1, 2011 to shareholders of record as of October 15, 2011.  This dividend, amounting to $655,132, was accrued at September 30, 2011.
