Treasury Stock [Text Block]	Note 4 – Treasury Stock In February 2012, our Board of Directors approved a share repurchase program that authorized the repurchase of up to $50.0 million of our outstanding shares of common stock. As of June 30, 2012, we had repurchased 3,530,509 shares for an aggregate price of approximately $6.89 million. All of the shares repurchased are held as treasury stock. We record treasury stock purchases under the cost method whereby the entire cost of the acquired stock is recorded as treasury stock. Repurchases may be suspended at any time.
