On April 10, 2007, John M. Albertine, a current member of the Board of Directors, was appointed Chairman of the Board of Integral Systems, Inc. (the “Company”). R. Doss McComas, Mr. Albertine’s predecessor, will continue his involvement with the Company as a member of the Board of Directors.
