Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 19, 2008, Mr. Thomas Marquez, member of the Board of Directors of DelSite, Inc. (the “Company”) and a longtime shareholder of the Company, passed away. Mr. Marquez served as a Director of the Company since August 1987 and was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company from August 1987 to May 1990.
