Schedule Of Subsequent Events [Text Block]	14. Subsequent Events On March 27, 2012, the Company entered into a settlement related to environmental litigation. As a result of the settlement, the Company expects to recognize a pre-tax gain in its fiscal third quarter of approximately $6.7 million. Such gain consists of contingent amounts previously received but not recognized into income as well as amounts that the Company expects to receive in the third quarter.
