During the thirteen weeks ended May 25, 2024, the Company did not record any material expenses with a related party. During the thirty-nine weeks ended May 25, 2024, the Company recorded $2.1 million of expense with a company for which one member of the Company’s Board of Directors was an executive officer for a portion of such period. During the thirteen and thirty-nine weeks ended May 27, 2023, the Company recorded $0.7 million and $2.3 million of expense, respectively, with a company for which the same member of the Company’s Board of Directors was an executive officer for such periods.
