Related Party Transactions	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONSA member of the GFNB Board of Directors, is the Chief Executive Officer of the general contractor leading the multi-year renovation project to enhance and improve the downtown Glens Falls Main Campus. The reconstruction will provide added energy efficiency and more collaborative work space. Through June 30, 2023, Arrow paid $2.2 million to this general contractor. GFNB is a subsidiary of Arrow Financial Corporation.
