Related Party Transaction	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONA member of the GFNB Board of Directors, is the Chief Executive Officer of the general contractor leading the multi-year renovation project to enhance and improve the downtown Glens Falls Main Campus. The reconstruction will provide added energy efficiency and more collaborative work space. In 2022, Arrow paid $10.9 million to this general contractor. GFNB is a subsidiary of Arrow Financial Corporation.
