Subsequent Event	Note Q – Subsequent Event On April 1, 2017, the Company’s effective working interest in the Kakap field in Block K Malaysia was reduced from 8.6% to approximately 6.7%. Due to the change in interest, the future payments under a lease of production equipment in the Kakap field accounted for as a capital lease will be lower. As a result, the Company anticipates the total debt recorded on its balance sheet to be reduced by approximately $56.7 million, with a similar reduction to Property, plant and equipment.
