Grant Terms	The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, SPO Ltd., is committed to pay royalties to the Office of the Chief Scientist of the Government of Israel on sales of products, the research and development of which the OCS has participated in by way of grants, up to the amount of 100%-150% of the grants received plus interest at dollar LIBOR.
Royalty Terms	The royalties are payable at a rate of 3% for the first three years of product sales and 3.5% thereafter.
