Cash Dividends	Note 8. Cash Dividends On June 20, 2012, the Board of Directors of Microwave Filter Company, Inc. approved a special cash dividend payment of $.05 per common share. The cash dividend was payable on July 31, 2012 to shareholders of record as of July 13, 2012. The cash dividend totaled $129,273.
