DISCONTINUED OPERATIONS	DISCONTINUED OPERATIONS: On June 30, 2022, the Company sold its Opensalon® Pro (OSP) software-as-a-service solution to Soham, Inc. As a result of the sale, the Company classified the OSP business as discontinued operations in the financial statements for all periods presented. The Company received no proceeds from the sale in the three and six months ended December 31, 2025. During the three and six months ended December 31, 2024, the Company received $7.5 million and $8.5 million, respectively, of proceeds related to the number of salons migrating to Soham's Zenoti product. Income taxes have been allocated to continuing and discontinued operations based on the methodology required by accounting for income taxes guidance. There was no tax impact in the prior year periods, due to a valuation allowance. Cash provided by (used in) investing activities for the six months ended December 31, 2024, includes $8.5 million of cash from discontinued operations.
