NOTE 18–  Minimum Future Rental Collections

Real estate revenue amounted to $13.6 million, $15.0 million, and $16.9 million, for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2016,  2015, and 2014, respectively. Also, there were no material contingent rentals recognized for the three years then ended December 31, 2016.  As of December 31, 2016,  the minimum future rentalson our real estate properties currently leased to third parties under non-cancellable operating lease arrangements for the next five yearsare summarized as follows:
