Commitments And Contingencies	Note 12 – Commitments and Contingencies Total debt of unconsolidated joint ventures and entities was $639,000 (NZ$1.0 million) and $592,000 (NZ$ 760,000 ) as of September 30, 2015 and December 31, 2014, respectively. Our share of unconsolidated debt, based on our ownership percentage, was $213,000 and $197,000 as of September 30, 2015 and December 31, 2014, respectively. This debt is guaranteed by one of our subsidiaries to the extent of our ownership percentage.
