Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events All events subsequent to the date of the consolidated financial statements through August 10, 2020, and for which U.S. GAAP requires adjustment or disclosure, have been adjusted or disclosed, including that the 2019 novel coronavirus (or COVID-19) has adversely affected, and may continue to adversely affect, economic activity globally, nationally, and locally. In response to COVID-19, among other things, the Company has incurred loan rate modifications and payment deferrals of up to 90 days. For further discussion, see COVID-19 Impact section of Item 2.
