Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Subsequent Event On July 27, 2012, the Company purchased 6 acres of land in Houston, Texas for $2 million. Concurrent with this purchase, the Company committed to fund construction of a 157,000 square foot building at a cost of $11.1 million. Upon completion of construction, this building will be developed into a data center. On August 8, 2012, the Company filed an initial Registration Statement on Form S-11 to register the common shares of CyrusOne Inc. for a future initial public offering.
