Extraordinary Items Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 11 – FIRE AT AUSTRALIAN MANUFACTURING FACILITY In July 2012, a fire occurred at the Company’s manufacturing facility in Picton, Australia, rendering the facility inoperable. In January 2014, the Company commenced operations at a new facility in Minto, Australia to service the Australia and New Zealand markets. For further information, please refer to the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 29, 2013.
