These activities related to plant and equipment additions placed in service and are recorded in our accounts payable at year-end. Noncash financing activities include $1,501,850 and $169,369 during the years ended December 31, 2022 and 2021. The activities related to broadband grants awarded and are recorded in our accounts receivable at year-end.
