        DNB has a significant concentration of residential and commercial mortgage loans collateralized by first mortgage liens on properties located in Chester County. DNB did not have any concentration of loans to borrowers engaged in similar activities that exceed 10% of total loans at December 31, 2011, except for loans of approximately $86.2 million relating to commercial real estate buildings. See Footnote 7 regarding the use of certain loans as collateral.
