Declaration of Dividend Payable On May 11, 2017, our Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share of our Class A and Class B common stock. The cash dividend is payable on August 25, 2017 to Class A and Class B shareholders of record at the close of business on August 11, 2017.
