Declaration of Dividend Payable On November 15, 2016, our Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share of our Class A and Class B Common Stock. The cash dividend is payable on February 24, 2017 to Class A and Class B shareholders of record at the close of business on February 10, 2017.
