ACQUISITIONS AND DISPOSITIONS	ACQUISITIONS AND DISPOSITIONS Old Second National Bank Branch Sale On August 26, 2024, the Bank entered into a Branch Purchase and Assumption Agreement with Old Second National Bank, a national banking association headquartered in Aurora, Illinois, pursuant to which the Bank will sell five branches located in Illinois. The transaction will represent an exit from the suburban Chicago markets. Loans of $9.2 million, deposits of $287.7 million and fixed assets of $3.4 million have been moved to held for sale categories as of September 30, 2024. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024.
