Our report dated May 23, 2008, on the effectiveness of internal control over financial reporting as of March 29, 2008, contains an explanatory paragraph that states that, in conducting the Company’s evaluation of the effectiveness of its internal control over financial reporting, management excluded the acquisition of VG Holding Corp., which was completed by the Company in January 2008. Our audit of internal control over financial reporting of the Company also excluded an evaluation of the internal control over financial reporting of VG Holding Corp.
