Section 7 - Regulation FD

Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On August 2, 2019, ACCO Brands Corporation (the "Company") acquired Industria Grafica Foroni Ltda., a leading provider of notebooks and paper-based school and office products in Brazil, with effect from 12:01 a.m. August 1, 2019, for a purchase price of approximately US$57 million, subject to working capital and other adjustments. A portion of the purchase price, approximately US$6.3 million, will be held in escrow for a period of at least six years after closing in the event of any claims against the sellers under the purchase agreement. The Company funded the acquisition with cash and debt. A copy of the Company's press release related to the acquisition is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
