On December 1, 2020, Mark D. Thompson, President of Cambridge Bancorp (the “Company”), notified the Company of his retirement from employment effective December 31, 2020. Mr. Thompson remains a director of the Company. There were no disagreements between Mr. Thompson and the Company.
