Share-Based Plans Expense	Note 11 – *Share-Based Plans Expense* Share-based plans expense principally relates to stock options. Share-based plans expense is included in Operating expenses since it is incentive compensation issued primarily to our executives. Further discussion for these plans is included in Note 16 of Boeing’s 2012 Annual Report on Form 10-K. Such note is not incorporated by reference into this report. For the years ended December 31, 2012, 2011 and 2010 we recorded $1, $1 and $2 attributable to share-based plans expense.
